4th Wings

Fourth Wings are one of the biggest late-game power jumps. Like the earlier tiers they are crafted from your previous wing through the guided [Enhance/Craft] menu — and from Season 17 the wing you get always matches your class.
Where to craft: Chaos Goblin Machine — Noria [180, 102]. through the [Enhance/Craft] menu → Wings & Cloak Combinations → 4th Wings.
How it’s crafted
Open the Chaos Goblin and click [Enhance Equipment/Craft] to get a guided window — pick the wing you want and the materials in your inventory are registered automatically. Crafting now happens in two steps through a Wing Relic:

Recipe — Fourth Wings
Pick Regular Combination and add:
1× 4th Wing Relic (or a Garuda’s Feather)
1× Garuda Flame
50× Golden Crest
Epic Magic Stone (1× minimum — add more to raise the rate)
30× Jewel of Chaos
30× Jewel of Creation
30× Jewel of Bless
30× Jewel of Soul- Zen (depends on the target success chance)
4th Wings — success rates
Notes: each Epic Magic Stone adds +5% (no limit on how many you add, up to the Maximum Success rate), and a Talisman of Luck adds another +10%; failure destroys all items.
The other materials

- Golden Crest — drops from the Boss of the Swamp of Darkness.

On top of its base stats, a successfully-crafted Fourth Wing rolls one or more random options. How many options it can get, which options exist and their per-grade values are all defined in the server files — the table below is read straight from that config:

How many options a wing can roll (1–4 per wing): 1 option · 92.5% / 2 options · 5% / 3 options · 2% / 4 options · 0.5%
