Guide Website Report a Player

Report a Player

If another player breaks a rule, report them. A report is a formal case: you name the rule, you attach evidence, and staff review it. It is not a chat channel — use it when a rule was actually broken.

Before you report

  • Check the rule exists. The Rules page lists everything that counts as an infraction, and the punishment each one carries. Being beaten in PvP or losing an argument is not a rule break.
  • Collect the evidence first. Screenshots or a short clip, taken while it is happening. A report without evidence usually cannot be acted on.
  • Get the exact character name. The form checks it against the game, so a typo will be rejected on the spot.

Filing the report

1

Open the report form

Go to My Account → Reports and use the Create tab.

2

Pick your character and theirs

Choose which of your characters is filing the report, then type the reported player’s character name. Both are verified against the game — a name that does not exist will be refused, and you cannot report yourself.

3

Choose the rule that was broken

The reason dropdown lists every reportable rule, grouped by category, with the punishment it carries. Pick the one that actually matches — choosing a harsher rule than what happened does not get a harsher punishment, it just slows the review.

4

Describe what happened

Write it as a short timeline: when, where, what they did. Facts, not insults — the person reading it was not there, and a calm description is far more convincing than an angry one.

5

Attach your evidence

Upload screenshots or clips, and paste YouTube links for longer footage. Make sure the evidence actually shows the rule being broken, with the character names visible if possible.

Report limits

Open reports at once: up to 3 Same player again: after 24 hours Description: 20–5000 characters Evidence: up to 5 files, 10 MB each YouTube links: up to 3
There are 3 rules you can report a player for. Each one is listed in the reason dropdown together with the punishment it carries — the full text of every rule is on the Rules page.

What happens next

The reported player can answer

This is the part most people do not expect: the player you reported can see the report and reply to it. Both sides can add messages while it is open. That is deliberate — it stops one-sided cases and gives staff the full picture before they decide.

Review

The report moves through openunder reviewclosed. Staff can check things you cannot see — logs, connection data, item history — so a case that looks obvious to you may still take time.

The outcome

If the report is upheld, the punishment follows the rule you selected: a warning, warn points, or a ban of the length set for that rule. Punishments are applied by staff, never automatically by the report itself.

The public record

The All Reports tab shows closed reports from the whole server, so you can see how cases were handled. Reports that are still open stay private between the two players and staff. There is also a Ban List tab showing who is currently banned.

Rules of reporting

  • One report per player per day. If you report the same person again within 24 hours, it is refused — add the new evidence to the existing report instead.
  • A limited number of open reports. Wait for yours to be resolved before filing more.
  • Closed reports cannot be replied to. If something new happens afterwards, file a new one.
  • Only the two parties can reply — other players cannot join the thread.
Do not file false reports. Reporting someone out of spite, with faked or edited evidence, is itself punishable. Staff can see far more than you can, and it will be obvious.
