Suggestions
Got an idea that would make the server better? Post it as a suggestion. Everything there is public: other players read it, vote on it, and staff work through the ones that gather support.
Posting a suggestion
Open the suggestions page
Go to My Account → Suggestions. Read what is already there first — if someone proposed the same thing, upvote theirs instead of posting a duplicate. One idea with fifty votes carries far more weight than five copies with ten each.
Pick a category
General, gameplay, events, website, shop, bug or other. It only decides where your idea is filed, but the right category means the right person sees it.
Write it so it can be acted on
The difference between an idea that gets built and one that gets forgotten is usually detail:
- What you want changed, precisely.
- Why — what problem it solves, or what it makes better.
- Who it affects — new players, PvP, guilds, everyone?
“Buff the Dark Lord” goes nowhere. “Dark Lord party buffs fall off during Blood Castle because of X, so Y would help” can actually be discussed.
Suggestion limits
Voting
Every suggestion can be voted up or down by any player. Votes are how we tell the difference between one person’s wish and something the community actually wants, so vote on other people’s ideas too — it costs nothing and it is the whole point of the board.
What happens to your suggestion
Open
Just posted, waiting to be looked at. While a suggestion is still open, you can delete your own if you change your mind.
Reviewing
Staff have picked it up and are considering it. From this point you can no longer delete it — it is part of an ongoing discussion.
Planned
Accepted and queued to be implemented. No date attached; some things are quick, others wait for a bigger update.
Done
It is live on the server. Thank you.
Rejected
We are not going to do it. It is not personal — usually it conflicts with the server’s balance, with the files we run on, or with something already planned.
Good to know
- This is not the place for bugs or complaints — a broken feature belongs in a ticket, a player belongs in a report.
- Not every idea can be built. Some things simply are not possible on the server files we run, no matter how popular they are.
- Silence is not rejection. A suggestion sitting at open just has not been reviewed yet.
