3rd Wings
Third Wings are a serious jump in power and cost. They are crafted through the two-step Wing Relic system: first turn your 2nd Wing (plus materials) into a 3rd Wing Relic, then turn the relic into your class’s 3rd Wing. A guaranteed Complete Magic Solution route is also available; both are covered below.
Where to craft: Chaos Goblin Machine — Noria [180, 102], through the [Enhance/Craft] menu → Wings & Cloak Combinations → 3rd Wings.
How it’s crafted
Third Wings are made in two steps: turn your 2nd Wing (plus materials) into a 3rd Wing Relic, then combine the relic into the wing. The guided menu registers the materials from your inventory automatically.

In the [Enhance/Craft] menu choose Wings & Cloak Combinations → 3rd Wings → 3rd Wing Relic and add:

Choose Wings & Cloak Combinations → 3rd Wings → 3rd Wings and add:
- 1× 3rd Wing Relic
Epic Magic Stone (1× minimum — add more to raise the rate, up to the Maximum Success rate)- Zen — up to 15,000,000
3rd Wings — success rates
Modifiers: the base rate rises the more Epic Magic Stones you commit — there is no limit on how many you add, but the chance is capped at the Maximum Success rate above. A success gives your class’s Third Wing with random options; a failed mix destroys all materials.
Where to get the materials
- Condor Flame — not crafted; travel to the Barracks (via Crywolf) and hunt the monsters there to drop it, or complete the Item Hunt Quest.
- Epic Magic Stone — Magic Stone Combination on an Ancient Item +7 +4 → several stones (count by item value).

As with Second Wings, Priest James (Elbeland [32, 239]) offers a guaranteed route. Build a Complete Magic Solution and combine it with your Second Wings.
- Buy a Condor’s Magic Solution from Priest James — 1,000 Ruud.
- Collect a Condor Magic Bell by hunting level 95~200 monsters (carry the Magic Solution to gather it) — 1,000 Ruud.
- Fill the Solution to 100% to turn it into a Complete Magic Solution.
- 2nd Wing / Cloak that matches your class
- 1× Complete Magic Solution Condor
- Zen — 250,000
Success rate: always 100%. Only a low chance of rolling options, and the result is [Bound] — untradeable but vault-storable.
