Guide Website Rewards & Claims

Rewards & Claims

The website hands out rewards in a lot of places, and it is easy to leave things unclaimed. This page lists every system, what it gives, and the rules that stop a claim from going through.

A calendar of daily gifts. You claim these in the game client, not on the site — the site shows the calendar and lets you buy back a day you missed.
Daily Tasks33 tasks
A small set of tasks that refreshes every day. Finish them, then claim the bonus task on top.
Achievements18 achievements
Long-term milestones — monster hunts, resets, grand resets. Each one pays out once.
Sets of hunting objectives. You must finish the whole set before you can claim it, and the progress restarts afterwards so you can repeat it.
Rank Rewards20 tiers
Rewards tied to your account rank. Every tier has a normal reward and a premium one.
Tournaments6 running
Timed competitions with point goals. Claim the normal reward for a goal first, then the premium one.
A seasonal ladder with a free track and a premium track. Progress is shown on the site; the rewards are claimed in game.

Where your rewards arrive: the Gremory Case. Almost everything you claim on the website is delivered to the Gremory Case in game (the gift box icon in your interface). If it is full you will see “Insufficient space in Gremory Case” and the claim is refused — nothing is lost, but you must collect your items in game first and try again.

Daily Reward

A calendar of gifts, one per day. The normal claim happens in the game client — the website shows you the calendar and, more usefully, lets you recover a day you missed.

Recovery has three rules:

  • Only days before today can be recovered.
  • It costs 500 Diamonds per day.
  • You must be disconnected from the game while you do it.
The calendar resets at the start of every month. Days from last month cannot be recovered once the new month begins — if you are going to buy back a day, do it before the month ends.

Daily Tasks

A short list of tasks that refreshes every day at midnight. Complete one and the Claim button unlocks.

  • Your task list is chosen for you based on how far along the server you are — players at a similar stage get the same set, so the tasks stay achievable.
  • There is a bonus task on top. It only unlocks once you have claimed all the other tasks in the cycle — claiming, not just completing.
  • Progress is read from the game, so “today” means the game’s own daily counters.

Achievements

Long-term milestones — monster hunts, reset counts, grand resets. Progress tracks automatically; you come here to claim. Each achievement pays out once. You can browse the full list publicly at Achievements.

Item Hunt

Hunting objectives grouped into sets. You cannot claim a set until every task in it is done — there are no partial payouts.

When you claim a set, its progress is wiped back to zero. That is intentional: it means you can run the same set again and again.

Rank Rewards

Your account rank unlocks reward tiers. Each tier has two tracks: a normal reward everyone can take, and a premium reward that needs an active Premium subscription. Each one is claimable once, ever. The full ladder is public at Ranking Rewards.

Tournaments

Timed competitions with point goals. Reach a goal and you can claim it — but the order matters: claim the normal reward first, and only then does the premium step for that goal become available. Browse what is running at Tournaments.

MU Pass

The seasonal pass, with a free track and a premium track running side by side. The website shows your level, your EXP and which missions you have completed; the rewards themselves are claimed in the game client. See MU Pass for the full ladder.

Voting

The most reliable free Diamonds on the server. It has its own guide: Voting.
