Wings Creation

Wings and cloaks are the biggest power spikes in MU — they add damage, defense, damage absorption and movement speed, and each tier is stronger than the last. Every wing is forged at the Chaos Goblin Machine (Noria [180, 102]) by combining the right materials, and every recipe has a success chance. All the success rates on these pages are read live from this server’s configuration, so they always match what you’ll actually roll.

Before you start

Every mix happens at the Chaos Goblin Machine in Noria [180, 102].
Higher tiers need the previous wing plus rarer materials (feathers, relics, magic stones, jewels) and more Zen.
Adding Jewel of Bless / Soul or Magic Stones raises the success chance; a failed mix usually consumes the materials, so stack the rate as high as you can.

Guided crafting

You no longer have to drop items into the machine by hand. Open the Chaos Goblin and click [Enhance Equipment/Craft] to open a guided crafting window: choose the wing you want to make and the required materials in your inventory are registered automatically (use the + / − buttons to fine-tune counts).

The two-step Wing Relic system

From 1st to 5th, wings are crafted in two steps: first you turn your previous wing (plus materials) into a Wing Relic, then you turn the relic into the actual wing. Relics stack up to 50 and can be traded or stored, but not sold or discarded.
