Use password recovery — you will get a reset link by email.
If the email never arrives, check the spam folder first, then open a ticket.
I cannot log into the game, but the website works
Website and game accounts share the same credentials. If the site accepts your password
but the game does not, change the password once from My Account — that re-syncs it to the game server.
Where are my rewards?
Items are delivered to the Gremory Case in game, not straight to your inventory.
Coins land on the account. If the case is full, delivery fails — clear it and claim again.
Is the server down?
The player count in the header is live. If it shows zero, check the
technical issues board — planned maintenance and known outages are posted there.
I was banned and I do not know why
Open a ticket with your account name. Bans always have a reason attached, and staff can
tell you which rule was involved. The rulebook lists every rule and its punishment.
